Refunds for event tickets are available until 1 week (168 hours) before the event starts. Please use our contact form here to request a refund. Refunds are subject to a 8% processing fee.
Any one attending the event must have a ticket. All of our events are smoke free. Any person under the influence of any controlled substance or having the appearance of being under the influence, including but not limited to behavior and odor, will be told to leave. Harassment of our staff or other guests is prohibited. All of our events are 18+ unless specified otherwise. When applicable anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Masks are optional and we welcome you to make your choice. If you do choose to wear a mask it must be a mask, not a balaclava, ski mask, or similar face covering. Photography without the consent of everyone in the photo or owner of any property in the photo is prohibited. Unless otherwise specified drinks and small snacks in re-closable containers are allowed and food is not allowed. Attendees who do not follow these rules will be told to leave with refunds at the discretion of Built To Scale LLC.
